The villa is located in the old, picturesque coastal town of Sveta Jelena, not far from the village of Mošćenice and the municipality of Mošćenička Draga,
a total of 25 kilometers away from the city of Opatija, on the slope of the Učka Mountains with a view of the Kvarner Bay.
Just a few minutes from the beach, one of the most beautiful villas on the Opatija Riviera,
a warm and homely atmosphere, with the splendor of the cozy and exclusive ambience,
designed and furnished perfectly for you to rest and enjoy the moment.
The restoration project was completed in 2010 and is very detailed,
Pictures and other items from the owner's long trips.
This brought his love towards both the interior
and nature as well as traditional architecture with a feeling for design and aesthetics into a harmonious unit.
The villa extends over an area of more than 300 m2 and is surrounded by terraced terrain (more than 3.000 m2),
whose vegetation is mainly characterized by lavender and rosemary bushes and the traditional Mediterranean landscape architecture.
In addition, there are also olive trees, palms, conifers ...
The villa was built of stone with a lot of wooden details reminding of the Istrian and coastal tradition.
It consists of two floors. On the lower floor there are carefully furnished luxury bedrooms,
each inspired by its own style and design, plus its own bathroom, so that one can therefore speak of three apartments.
The Country room has a window position typical of Istria,
which is directed from the bathroom to the large double bed, which has rustic details and restored upholstered armchairs,
a chest of drawers and other numerous decorative elements and reminiscent of a village idyll with an overtone of the old times.
The second bedroom is called the modern room and, in contrast to the county room, is more likely to appeal to guests,
who prefer a modern interior. The bathroom in this room is separated from the bedroom by prism cubes.
All rooms have an exit to the terrace. Each terrace is designed so that you can enjoy your peace and quiet undisturbed and independent of other terraces.
There is also a fireplace on the outside of the villa, with the poetic name of Eden.
On the second floor and immediately the main entrance of the villa, there is the living room,
which is surrounded by large glass walls from top to bottom. These contribute to the fact that nature and the surroundings merge with the villa.
As a result, you will feel like you are living in an open space that gives you a crystal clear view of both the islands of Krk and Cres,
as well as the port of the city of Rijeka, which is also the largest city in the region.
The living room, dining room and kitchen form a unique cascade-like unit.
The kitchen is built in a typical old Istrian style called Kažun.
It is a traditional design with a stone kitchen (a pebble mosaic is a special feature on the floor), i
but which has all the elements of today's needs and habits of modern man:
A large double refrigerator with an ice maker, a cooking island with a work surface and a stove with a combination of gas and glass ceramic fields,
a sink with a shower function, a dishwasher, a diverse selection of pots and bowls).
The central point of the dining area is characterized by a solid wooden table where up to ten people can sit comfortably.
Above the dining room, in an open space in the attic gallery, there is another bedroom with a double bed for 2 people,
so that the villa can accommodate up to 10 people at the same time.
It is therefore ideal for families, groups of friends or company matters (such as team building, presentations, events, etc.).
There is a large toilet and storage room on the ground floor.
A large swimming pool with the dimensions: 12 x 5 m, depth 2 m is particularly impressive.
This is an infinity pool type, where you will have the feeling
that the water flows into the sea and that there is no boundary between the basin and the sea.
Comfortable sun loungers and parasols ensure that, for example, with a book,
Favorite drink, music, or while talking to friends you can enjoy your peace and quiet.
All of this in harmony with nature, in a quiet of greenery and with a view of the sea.
For all those who prefer to stay outside, on the covered terrace, in the pleasant coolness and a view of the sea,
A large wooden dining table that seats up to 10 people stands for this.
The position of the terrace is built in such a way that it comes together perfectly with the kitchen and living room and is always within reach.
On the property you can park three to four cars next to the main entrance of the villa.
For the very young guests, a small park with a playground has been set up on the grounds of the villa,
where your children can have a good time playing in nature.
The villa got its name after the Mediterranean wind that blows over the mountains, and this most often when the weather is clear, because it is considered a messenger of beautiful weather.
