The lighthouse of the villa was built in 1881 in the southwest of the island of Vir 
built during the Austro-Hungarian rule
and is an official category zero monument. The stone lighthouse building is a structure in solitude in a pine forest. The facility is located next to an extremely attractive sand and rock beach, which is suitable for children, and its own promenade. The villa is classified as a 5-star holiday home and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. The interior and exterior were completely renovated in 2012 and are decorated in a combination of traditional Mediterranean and modern styles with luxurious wooden and leather furniture. It consists of two floors with a total size of 180 m2. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (two rooms are 21 m2), the third room is 17 m2 and the fourth room is 14 m2. Each room is equipped with satellite LCD TV, double bed and bathroom (bath / toilet). Two larger rooms have access to a large circular balcony next to the lighthouse with a view of the sea. On the ground floor there are common rooms and a kitchen with filter coffee and espresso machines, microwave, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment, stove with electric and gas cooker, oven and dishwasher. In addition, there is a dining room with a minibar and a small wine shop, a practical bathroom (sink, washing machine and dryer) and a large living room with a 130 cm² satellite LCD TV and wireless Internet access.
